# Unified Profiles

> Work with wallet-first audience profiles that can combine channels, attributes, and lifecycle activity.

## Profile Model

A profile can include wallet addresses, channel handles, tags, attributes, last activity, and engagement or health signals.

## Why This Matters

Unified profiles make it easier to answer questions like:

* Can this wallet be reached in-app, by email, or both?
* What was the last meaningful product or onchain action?
* Which users look healthy, cooling, or at risk?

## Recommendation

Treat profiles as operating records for lifecycle work, not just as static contact rows.
