# Troubleshooting

> Common issues when setting up campaigns, domains, automations, and audience logic in Onchain Suite.

## Campaign Problems

### Test Send Did Not Arrive

Possible causes include unverified sender settings, domain authentication still propagating, or the message being filtered by the receiving inbox.

### Audience Size Looks Wrong

Review segment logic, date filters, and exclusion rules before launching.

## Domain Problems

### Domain Will Not Verify

Check that every DNS record is added exactly as shown and that you are editing the correct DNS zone.

### Verification Is Stuck Pending

DNS propagation can take time. Re-check later before re-entering the records.

## Automation Problems

### Trigger Did Not Fire

Confirm the source event actually occurred, the event mapping is correct, and the automation is published.

### Users Entered the Wrong Branch

Review condition order, fallback paths, and any missing event properties.

## When To Escalate

Escalate with the project name, affected sender or domain, campaign or automation ID, expected behavior, actual behavior, and timestamps for the failing event.
