# Webhook Events

> Send events into Onchain Suite to trigger flows, update audiences, or enrich activity data.

## Typical Workflow

1. Define the event name and payload shape.
2. Send the event from your product or backend.
3. Validate receipt in the project.
4. Use the event in segments or automations.

## Good Event Design

Keep event names stable, payloads consistent, and timestamps explicit.
