# Plans and Billing

> Plans, allowances, pay-as-you-go metering, and how usage is priced.

Onchain Suite bills monthly. You either pick a plan with included allowances, or run on **Pay as you go** and pay for exactly what you use from a prepaid balance. There's no free tier and no annual discount, annual is simply twelve months up front.

Email and in-app push each have their own monthly allowance. A dedicated sending IP is provisioned automatically once an account sustains 100,000 sends a month; below that, sending runs on a managed warm pool.

  Buying a contact count between two tiers is supported, and the price scales smoothly between them. You get the **capabilities** of the tier below your contact count and the **capacity** you paid for. For example, 11,000 contacts costs less than full Growth and carries Launch's features until you cross 25,000.

## Pay as you go

New workspaces start on Pay as you go with a prepaid balance. You top up, and metered actions debit that balance as they happen. The first metered action requires a \*\*$10 minimum top-up**; top-ups run from $10 to \$1,000.

A launch is gated on your balance covering it. The charge is estimated up front, then **reconciled against what actually sent**, if suppression or unsubscribes shrink the audience after launch, the difference is refunded. Every debit and credit is written to a ledger you can review.

  When a paid plan lapses, you aren't cut off, the workspace falls back to pay-as-you-go rates against your balance. Sending only stops when the balance is also empty.

## ONS+ list protection

ONS+ verifies email addresses at import or capture time, clearing typos, dead mailboxes, and spam traps before they hurt your sending reputation. It's available on every plan, metered at \$10 per 1,000 addresses submitted. A large first-stage check runs in-house at no charge, so most addresses never reach the paid stage.

## Invoices and receipts

Every paid invoice generates a branded PDF and emails a receipt to the workspace owner. Invoices are available in the billing area to view or download.

## Managing billing

Billing is owner-only. From the billing area you can change plan, buy contact capacity, top up a pay-as-you-go balance, manage payment methods (card or crypto), and read live usage against every allowance: contacts, messages, credits, seats, automations, and API keys.
