# Airdrop Claim Campaign

> Announce an airdrop to eligible wallets, remind the ones who haven't claimed, and confirm when they do.

**Goal.** Drive claims on an airdrop: tell eligible wallets it's live, remind the ones who haven't claimed before the window closes, and confirm each claim, all without nagging wallets that have already claimed.

**Who it's for.** Web3 teams running a token or NFT airdrop. Web3-only by nature.

**Outcome to move.** Claim rate, and the activation that follows a claim.

## Prerequisites

* The [in-app SDK](/integrations/in-app-notifications) installed.
* Your claim contract in [project settings](/getting-started/set-up-project-settings).
* The list of eligible wallets, imported or built as a [segment](/audience/segments).

## Build it

  <Step title="Announce to eligible wallets">
    Run an automation off your eligible segment the moment the claim opens:

    `trigger (claim window opens) → send in-app (Your airdrop is live) → branch (has email → also send email)`

  <Step title="Remind the unclaimed">
    Watch the claim contract with the **Token acquired** on-chain preset, and tag each wallet **Claimed** when it claims. As the deadline nears, remind eligible wallets that aren't tagged **Claimed**:

    `trigger (Date reached: 2 days before close) → audience = eligible NOT tagged Claimed → send in-app + email (Last chance to claim)`

    A claim is a great first moment. Chain it into a short welcome, and point new holders at what to do next, hold, stake, vote. See [Welcome a new wallet](/use-cases/web3/welcome-wallet).

## Test

Add a wallet you control to the eligible segment, confirm the announcement and reminder, claim with it, and confirm it's tagged **Claimed** and excluded from further reminders.

## Measure

* **Claim rate** over the window, and the lift from each reminder.
* **Post-claim activity**: did claimers go on to hold, stake, or vote?
* **Unclaimed at close**: who to follow up with, or learn from.

## Variations

* **Expiry urgency.** A countdown in the final reminders tends to lift claims.
* **Email capture.** Use the campaign to invite wallets to share an email through a [capture form](/audience/capture-forms), so you can reach them beyond this drop.
