Intelligence is where your on-chain and off-chain data meet, so you can answer questions about your audience and turn the answers into audiences you can message. It handles questions like:
  • Which of my holders never open my emails?
  • Which high-value wallets have gone quiet this month?
  • Which cohort responded best to the last campaign?
  • Which segment is worth activating next?
There are four ways in, and they all read from the same data.

The four pillars

Agentic Chat

Ask anything in plain English. The assistant does the digging and can build a segment for you. Start here.

Wallet enrichment

The on-chain data behind every answer: each wallet’s portfolio value, activity, NFTs, and scores.

SQL editor

Full control, for an exact, repeatable cohort that combines on-chain, audience, and messaging data.

Segments

Turn any answer or query into a reusable audience for campaigns and automations.

Start with a question

The fastest path is Agentic Chat. Ask something like “which of my holders never open my emails,” and the assistant reasons across your on-chain and email data, answers in plain English, and offers to save the result as a segment. It’s the front door to everything else here.

The data behind every answer

Every on-chain answer, in chat or SQL, reads from enriched wallet data: each wallet’s portfolio value, recent activity, NFT holdings, and derived engagement and value scores. The “Data enriched · N wallets” status at the top of Intelligence shows how many of your wallets are enriched and how fresh that data is. Answers are only as complete as that set, so enrich more wallets or refresh before a big analysis.

When to reach for SQL

Chat handles most questions. Reach for the SQL editor when you need an exact, repeatable cohort in one precise definition, or want to save a query and re-run it for free. Prefer to describe it in words? Generate a draft query from a plain-language prompt, then refine it.

Turn answers into audiences

However you get there, chat, a starter query, or your own SQL, the output becomes a segment: a saved, reusable audience you drop into a campaign or automation. That’s the whole point of Intelligence, not just to learn something, but to act on it.
