Engagement by Segment - Onchain Suite Docs

Engagement by segment compares how each of your segments responds to email, one row per segment, with sent volume and open and click rates. It’s the fastest way to see which audiences are worth more of your sending.

What it shows

Column	What it means
Segment	The audience, by name.
Sent	How many emails were delivered to that segment.
Open rate	Opens as a share of emails sent.
Click rate	Clicks as a share of emails sent.
Push view rate	Reserved for in-app view rate. Shows `0` today, not yet wired up.

Rates are worked out per segment from your delivery events and each segment’s membership.
