Who is Onchain Suite for?

Growth, lifecycle, CRM, and operations teams working across Web3 and Web2: anyone who wants to act on wallet and customer behavior without stitching together a patchwork stack.

Can I use it with just an email list (no wallets)?

Yes. Email-only works fully: identify people by email, send email campaigns and automations, run capture forms, and measure engagement. The wallet features (enrichment, on-chain triggers, holder analytics, in-app push) are optional extras for teams that have a wallet audience.

Do I need a wallet, or an email, before I can get value?

Neither is required of the other. A connected wallet is a useful profile before any email is linked, and an email contact is fully usable with no wallet. Start from whichever you have.

Do I need SQL to use the platform?

No. SQL is valuable for advanced cohort work, but many teams start with segments, reports, campaigns, and pre-built plays.
