A profile can include wallet addresses, channel handles, tags, attributes, last activity, and engagement or health signals.

Why This Matters

Unified profiles make it easier to answer questions like:

• Can this wallet be reached in-app, by email, or both?
• What was the last meaningful product or onchain action?
• Which users look healthy, cooling, or at risk?

Where the on-chain context comes from

The portfolio value, activity, and holdings on a profile aren’t entered by hand. They’re fetched and derived by wallet enrichment from the wallet’s on-chain history. Product behavior comes in as custom events. Both attach to the same wallet-first record.

Treat profiles as operating records for lifecycle work, not just as static contact rows.
