Goal. You have a set of wallets eligible to mint or claim. Remind them in-app (and by email where you have one) before the window closes, and stop reminding each wallet the moment it claims. Who it’s for. Web3 teams running a mint, an allowlist, or a claim window. This is the wallet-native cousin of a Web2 abandoned cart: a started-but-unfinished action you want to recover. Outcome to move. Claim / mint completion rate.

Prerequisites

  • The in-app SDK installed, so reminders land in your dApp.
  • Your mint/claim contract in project settings.
  • The list of eligible wallets, imported or built as a segment.

Build it

1

Build the eligible segment

Import the allowlist, or build the eligible cohort as a segment. This is who you’ll remind.
2

Remind before the window closes

Run an automation that sends an in-app reminder (and an email where available) on a schedule as the deadline approaches, using the Date reached trigger:trigger (Date reached: 3 days before close) → send in-app (Your mint window is open) → branch (has email → also send email)Add a second reminder for the final hours.
3

Stop reminding wallets that claim

Watch the contract with the Token acquired on-chain trigger, and when a wallet mints, tag it Claimed. Exclude Claimed wallets from the reminder segment so nobody who already minted gets nagged. See Contract-based flows.
4

Activate and publish.

Both are required.

Test

Add a wallet you control to the eligible segment, confirm the reminder arrives, then mint with it and confirm it drops out of the reminders.

Measure

  • Claim rate among reminded wallets versus a holdout.
  • Reminder-to-claim time.
  • Email capture: how many eligible wallets shared an email along the way.

Variations

  • Tiered reminders. A whale on the allowlist might warrant a more personal touch.
  • Post-claim welcome. Chain a claim into Welcome a new wallet.
